Maybe you could break the less than 40 hour a week ranges into hourly to give a more realistic salary?

Why are these salary ranges based off of 32hours or more? The majority of us work well over 40 hours, but these median salaries don't reflect that when you add in the part-time salaries. That impacts our bargaining power when the data is skewed like that.
